Wondering what good that would do? Since everything is based off of 21 million, and not the 21 million, minus the lost coin / keys?

Its nonsense. Longterm if everyone does it, there will be no accessible Bitcoin.

It would make all the remaining BTC more scarce and valuable.

Eventually we'll need more decimal places to count it, which is doable.

Yes this seems great for price but destructive for the long term…. Isn’t the goal to make bitcoin accessible for everyone?
