Replying to 4fbb82a1...

Last year I did zucchini (just 2 plants) and blanched/vac-pac'ed/froze chunks, assuming I'd use it in soups. Have done it a few times, but yeah there's probably still like 6-8lbs in the freezer even now. Does seem to keep pretty well that way since the air is occluded, but was tough to seal b/c it's so watery.

well i grew the plants for her, i evne planted them for her, she can't be bothered to check htem every other day when they're coming on to grab them before htey're uselessly large, like i still pull my zukes even tho i got no idea what to dow ith them lol when they're still edible size, then give them to whoever wants them

here the neighbors grow so much of there own stuff, excess usually goes to the neighborhood goats. they're loving the watermelon rinds atm
