If you are using #carnivore as a form of ketosis to solve for metabolic syndrome then bacon is a great source of fat that pairs well with eggs and never gets old. Go with pastured, no uncured, no sugar, and organic feed if you can. A good grocery might be an acceptable place to procure.

For folks using #carnivore as a reset to resolve autoimmune, pork & chicken can be problematic. Start out with ruminants until autoimmune subsides, then slowly add seafood, pork, and poultry while monitoring for symptoms. Be extremely careful with sourcing. Avoid corn and soy feed. Stick with regenrative + pastured.

Hmm not sure exactly where I fit in here. I'm a healthy normal guy just wondering why everyone talks about steak or chicken all the time and where bacon fits into it, if at all.
