Tried an online demo, it sucks. It's way worse than DALL-E
It takes tweaking to run well. Look at some of the examples on Civit AI. It shows you what models, settings, LORAs, and what prompts people are using to create the images.
It's better since I've downloaded some of the other models, but it's still not ideal. Has to be very low resolution or it takes about 4 minutes per image. I found a decent-ish upscaler though so it's not the end of the world.
Yeah I need to upgrade my hardware before I can fully utilize SD. Maybe in another year or so I'll build a new rig
