Can #nostr withstand a state attack?
If it gains adoption I guess we’ll find out
(Of course it’s just a protocol so it can, but can relays withstand them? I’m not sure)

It should be able to for the most part. Some relays will go down, but we'll migrate to new ones.
Does this infer the “carriers” dictate internet access? I have been pondering this… many folks rely on an ISP that is owned by the tech giants…but that is simply not the only way folks access…
I guess my question is in how the relays would not remain accessible or “withstand them”?
I guess in some countries they will go down but maybe not in others?
You could also use sneaker net to propagate nostr notes if there is a physical location someone can deliver to with uncensored internet
