Don't people know that you can just make more wine!? Why would they give you the scarcest money for something you can make more of?

I can't make anymore 2023 Pinot Noir.

Each vintage is different.

Each vintage is more scarce than Bitcoin.

If you want to buy commodity wine that is manipulated to lose its sense of place and time, go ahead.
