I can't make anymore 2023 Pinot Noir.
Each vintage is different.
Each vintage is more scarce than Bitcoin.
If you want to buy commodity wine that is manipulated to lose its sense of place and time, go ahead.
So I know Peony Lanes will survive and keep making wine.
