Ah, so you get get distilled water from impure water (dirt, chemicals, salt, whatever). Nice!

I like it. Simple. Reliable. No moving parts. No consumable parts that need replacement. I can be confident that it's really distilled water and nothing else snuck through.

Seems better than filters in many ways.
