Recently all I wanted to prove myself is sugar bad according to mainstream heath. Truth is sugar is not the enemy.

I’m relaxed, motivated, high energy throughout the day and can cruise across all activities 💪

Still maintaining PR done while on carnivore diet.

I don’t have all the answers about why this lifestyle works but eliminating following foods leads to better digestion-> better energy production
