My heath improved a ton over last year by incorporating Animal based Ray Peat inspired way of eating!! No more knee pain, no back pain playing with my 2 year toddler. I’ve energy like a child throughout the day and gym workout PR are on the rise!

- ground beef/ground lamb as I’m stacking sats
- eggs raw
- chicken/paneer cheese curry as I’m family man cooking Indian dishes!
- raw milk twice a day
- maple syrup/honey
- dates
- all fruits
- potatoes/white rice
- ghee/butter/coconut oil
- cane sugar
- coffee with milk and sugar

Now with a better understanding of folding paper and exponential decay of fiat money. I’m showing empathy and guiding instead of throwing a fit. Saving extra money only in Bitcoin.
