Voting could be done privately with Chaumian voting tokens

Everybody is allowed to get one token from the Yes mint and one token from the No mint

To vote, you just reveal your preferred token somehow in an untraceable way, perhaps via Tor to Nostr

Everybody can then verify the results themselves. And, like cashu, nobody (not even the mint) knows who had each token
