I am not blaming that agent, IDK anything about him, neither do you. When you serve you do as ordered, he could have been told to be looking elsewhere, etc.

What we need to know is when a citizen sounded the alarm to LEOs 3 minutes before the first shot, what happened next? Who did they call it in to, how high did it escalate and why was nothing done.

All I know is that roof top is such an obvious risk there honestly should have been a LEO or agent on top of it. A fuckin rent a cop up there would have likely prevented the entire thing.
