AT&T made money providing the comms infrastructure. The electric companies took a cut providing the power infrastructure. The power generation companies took their share of the drug sales providing the electrons. The DNS took a cut of the drug money providing the indexing service.

Who isn't to blame in a serial liability model?

The only one at fault is the kid who bought the drugs. Not the parents and no one else. It's hard to hear but that is the truth.

Yep. It's hardcore and completely unpopular but nobody likes the truth. No one.

We could make it your fault if you want by using the serial liability model. It could be all of our fault using that model.

No one ever commits any crimes if the victim just avoid the said crime from happening to them.

What use is criminal laws then?

If I cross a road and got killed by a drunk driver, it is MY fault because I crossed the road?
