New Samiz release v0.0.3-alpha

Now Samiz will broadcast:

- Notes of any Kind created up to 1 hour before the session started.

- User Metadata created at any time

Why is it called Samiz?

As in sam izdat? Should your app be called "Sam" or "izdat" then?

Samiz sounds cozier 😁 and I didn't want to use an existing word anyways
