I don't have a wallet for cold storage funds, but I do have a jade and a steel plate with a seed phrase in my safe if I ever need to access those funds.

I use bluewallet instead of Envoy because I felt like it was a good idea to not be completely reliant on one provider, and also I just think it's really freaking cool that they are interoperable.
