Interesting. Have been using System76 backed Pop-OS, but Ubuntu bothers me as an unstable business unmanaged by the founder.

Gnome Web is decent, I think it's the most built to work on phones and smaller screens. Chromium I think is still the fastest as well as Firefox.
Yeah, Ubuntu was pretty good for awhile and pushed things forward. I can't remember the specific change, but I ended up wanting to make far too many changes from the default I switched backed to Debian and closer distros for most installs.
