#golang is the best... i can be watching my server run, and then i see some log and say, i want to not have it print that log at that log level... flip to the IDE, change the log level after clicking on the code location of the log, ctrl-c, up arrow enter tada

takes like under 2 seconds for it to restart

good luck doing that with any other language compiler system

If there were only one log statement per log level in a given class and you use the typical hierarchy of loggers (one per class), logback lets you do this even restarting anything. https://logback.qos.ch/manual/configuration.html#autoScan
