There are some absolute bangers coming out nowadays. I missed the whole Pokemon craze, but we do a little collecting and playing with our kid. I never knew the actual card game was that fun to play.

Oh man I love the meta for this game. It's one of the best examples of a game that creates complexity out of simplicity.
Yeah, if you know how cards play off each other, you can build crazy decks. Then a new set comes out and your whole strategy flips. That's not news to any card game players, but I definitely didn't give it the proper respect. Big dose of "don't knock it 'til you try it" on that one.
