We don’t call it that in the States because pudding only refers to wet custard-style desserts, and not the whole confection category. And the word popover is more fun to say than Yorkshire.

I’m from Yorkshire though so I think it would be a crime to call them popovers. This is the best one I made. Size of a plate. 😁👍
