idk if it is healtier … I like ghee 😅

Root problem is that omega 6 oxidizes (becomes damaged and injurious) in the body. Of course pre-oxidizing it and destroying it before consumption really cranks up the damage, but consuming it "pure" is still injurious to the metabolism.
now do hfcs
Meanwhile, avocado oil can be processed without the harsh solvents
They all can be. Expeller pressed.
oh im sure, it's just more expensive
at least to the big guys
Well yea definitely. I still avoid em though (other than olive or avocado).
Yeah, and cant trust every brand either when it comes to avocado, there are some brands like Aldi's private label being sneaky; cutting it with other oils.
Well, I wouldnt trust Aldi anything if Im looking for quality to be honest. 😅
But thats the case with any food. Even with animal fats. Lard, tallow and ghee / butter can come from pastured livestock, or gmo soy-slop fed factory farm livestock. Labelling laws that tend to benefit the big guys are a huge part of this issue imho.
yeah true, though if you're trying to stretch your illusionary dollerydoos, it's a conscious choice to buy the cheaper slop in hopes you can make it work.
