Best health and productivity decision I've ever made.

5+ years.

Good luck and keep us posted with your progress.

If I did that, my level of aggression would grow exponentially with each minute! Good luck! 🐶🐾🫡

Just like that! 🐶🐾😂

12hours in:

Wait till you learn about autography I think it's after 18hrs tho

I use 22/2 now and again

Couldn't do it forever

Any resources I can read about?

I was excited to learn what autography is but it looks like a typo.

Autophagy is the biological process of cleaning, correcting, and kind of like defragging.

Proteins need to be cleaved down to their amino acids and further to their atomic elements after use and resorted and sent back as raw materials to make DNA, RNA, and more amino acids.

Errors (misfoldings) continue to replicate through mitosis and if they aren’t caught then you get cancers, so occasional autophagy is important to ensure that you’re making the right proteins.

I recommend “The Switch” by James Clement for further understanding on this.

Yes you're right my typo 😊

I’m part of the autophagy process 😂

🤣🤣

15 hours in. I’m hungry but so close that I ain’t breaking it 💪🏻

Take a few reps of this intermittent fasting and then read up on 72-hr or 120-hr water and salt fasts. The sharpest mind function I have ever experienced was 96+ hrs into a 120-hr fast.

Huge fan of fasting. It works.

When your hungry enough some Kale with salt on top is the best shit ever

Day #1 ✅

Easier than expected. Now down to hunt some food!
