Literally got the worst headache of my life yesterday. Feeling much better now. But not 100%. The moon is weird.

Tidal forces

Possibly. Or maybe I have the werewolf genetics 😜

Which is the same, as tidal forces make the werewolf metamorphe

Gut parasites have significantly more impact during full moon phases.

Headaches/migraines can’t be fun. 😩

Interesting. No very little about parasites. 👍

A rabbit hole for me to explore.

It’s a good one.

We especially see it with the kids - they seem more impacted than we are.

Straight forward to mitigate naturally but just a pain lol

How to mitigate ?

My wife has a 95% strike rate at people’s star signs 🤷‍♂️

No idea how astrology works. But apparently my mood is influenced by the moon according to some website I signed up to.

🤷‍♂️

😂 dread to think how my moods are affected then

Right

Gravity is definitely not constant. The moon & planets have an effect (as tidal changes prove). I specifically remember hearing that all the planets were in some sort of rare super alignment when the quakes happened that caused the Japanese or Indonesian tsunami. Makes sense to me that the change in gravitational field across the entire solar system essentially popped the earth's back. So, while I'm not sure that really has a significant impact on people's personalities or their daily moods, it's definitely not nothing.

Thanks for sharing. I guess that makes sense. We are electromagnetic beings both our heart and brain gives off a it’s own field.

Maybe it’s the electromagnetic field of earth interacting with the moons field which for some mysterious reason affects me.

I don’t think I have confirmation bias. I rarely track the full moon, I live in a city. But whenever I am having a shitty day it’s seems to be 1-3days around the full moon.

Maybe it’s a male period 😂

If you’re going through it might as well have some fun with the data and track it.

Could be any number of biases or there could be some science to explain it.

Feel better 🩹

Quick search can't find any science backing this up, but i've heard and read this a few times.
