Is there any movement in the European Union which openly, truly and unapologetically support freedom of speech and expression?
At minimum, it should include:
- Blasphemy.
- Flag desecration.
- Pornography.
- Contempt towards authorities.
- Hate speech.
- Encryption.
- DRM circumvention.
- Access to censored websites.

I was referring to the kind of hateful speech which are illegal in EU countries, but legal, for example, in the US.
