In all honesty, we will never go back to only gas cars, electric cars actually work great for local commutes and some road trips. Very reliable and addictive. You don’t need keys….. I haven’t used a gas station in months!!

I've had a Leaf for 8 years. Absolutely love it. Best car I've ever owned. The only maintenance I've had to do is change the tires. The car is so light that it hardly wears out the brake pads at all.
My brother lives in a rural town in KY and travels for work. He swore he'd never get electric. He bought a VW full electric last year and travels all around and he loves it.
The performance, next to no maintenance, and many times free charging makes these cars a no brainer. Whatever negatives there may be are minor when you can charge from your home.
In life I strongly believe you have to try almost everything. If you don’t like it or it doesn’t work, you have ground to stand on, otherwise you are just going with the what you hear.
I tried a Leaf, it was awesome, but range was too short so we got a car with longer range and perfect.
We tried a little solar patch first, it worked great, so I expanded.
Tried Impossible Burgers and Beyond beef 🤢 not for me!
