They might be mining, but they're not Bitcoiners. Hash rate go up *is* good, but it'd be a lot better if it was individuals and not public companies with legal obligations to maximise profits. That legal obligation causes conflicts of interest.
Even Satoshi knew the individual miner for profit would be scarce so he poignantly included: "people mining for ideological reasons"
Employees rarely know how to run the company. If they were also miners, they'd be peachy.
