I get the gambling aspect of buying $hitcoins, but even that is hard to justify.

1) It's a losing, zero-sum game

2) It tells me that you don't understand #Bitcoin

It’s too high time preference.

Once you understand bitcoin, you start to look unkindly upon high time preference endeavors.
