No I was joking with that part.

He is unlikely to do that because of game theory, economies of scale + his own writing. It would be adversely effect his/her wealth which is net negative and wouldn't accomplish anything net positive for the person. If he hypothetically zapped people every couple of seconds with his bots, he would quickly run out of funds and would have to buy more BTC. Eventually his fiat reserves would run dry after a point due to BTC price and lack of funds, it would stop by attrition. Sure he could do it for more of a statement to make a point, but it's not helping him benefit any and he would need deep pockets. This action would only benefit the recipients of the zap.

The person in question seems to want to make a point about a flaw he perceives in the #nostr protocol which isn't actually a problem as most aren't using the global feed. My guess, to motive is he wants to do this to goad clients or relays to implement censorship measures and then decry Nostr being no better than Twitter, etc.

That's my take.
