This is part of the ongoing zapvertising debate and I imagine some form of solution will be found like zapping from muted members won't work or a threshold users set to allow unsolicited zaps. Users who don't want advertising can just set it to 100 million sats aka 1 Bitcoin preventing ads. We got some clever folks here and we will find a solution.
