Do not accept promissory notes. Secure with nothing less than real property. Just like criminals. Hey, you have to start somewhere.

He won't pay, and that amount means something to you.. it means nothing to him, or his donors, especially when the order to pay comes on the honor system to pay.

Money is not going to matter to them. This is a war to them. There is a lot more than a couple dozen million in it for them. That's a summer home for their dog.

Like regular people, if he doesn’t pay, he doesn’t leave. Like I said, you have to make a start. Right now, it’s a freebie for him. That needs to end. I’m fairly certain he doesn’t want to actually fight anyone. Torture, harm, kill someone? Sure. But, go in harms way, himself? Fuggittabouttit! He can’t even be bothered to be uncomfortable. And, honor system? No. Start treating him like the Mob Boss he pretends to be. Even Gotti got a trial.
