He won't pay, and that amount means something to you.. it means nothing to him, or his donors, especially when the order to pay comes on the honor system to pay.

Since his cashless O.R. didn’t work, revoke that, and impose a substantial cash bail, forfeit on violation of terms imposed, starting with a gag order concerning evidence & witness testimony shared at Discovery? Since he continued slandering E. Jean Carroll even though it likely cost him $5 Million dollars, I think bail in this case should be much higher, in order to deter him.
