But, before we reach even that point - Republicans recently, in other situations, have come out strongly against bail reforms, and in favor of Cash Bail. Since his cashless O.R. didn’t work, revoke that, and impose a substantial cash bail, forfeit on violation of terms imposed, starting with a gag order concerning evidence & witness testimony shared at Discovery? Since he continued slandering E. Jean Carroll even though it likely cost him $5 Million dollars, I think bail in this case should be much higher, in order to deter him.

He can simply refuse to pay.

A person who like him, does not intend to maintain any pretense of abiding the law, has no care whatsoever for the weak paper-pushing insistence of the court.

But by all means, keep thinking punishment will find him in the same justice system he has been criminally operating in his entire life.
