That's because the money you mentioned they are metered in is dying in actual value/meaning.
We are in a weird phase of what will be history. Fiat became so evidently broken, that houses somehow dropped in realized value while that same group of fiat currencies were getting debased almost intentionally. (Technically - the more they print - the weaker the currency - the MORE of that shit currency you need to pay to acquire the same house. People used to see this and most normies still see this as profit. It's not. You're breaking even I'd bet. When you included maintenance on a house, reno projects, bills, etc etc etc. The odd component is that now houses, atcleastcin my context, are actually dropping in monetary value while that same fiat currency is being printed at a rate exponentially higher than any other time in history ). There is no scarcity issue, for houses or fiat paper bills. But they are certainly trying to make it seem that way by human trafficking 24/7.
When you think about the entire concept of houses as a store of value - it's actually broken at the outset I can't believe humans fell for it. Obviously there are pockets, like Bavaria apparently, that have rules and regulations that keep scarcity a real thing. But on the whole? The world is building housing like crazy, and if they can't keep up? They illegally human traffic everyone anyways - on live TV these days. Brazenly. That's what makes me think these p.o.s elite unelected bodies are desperate.
They are clearing the fertile lands and continents that produce all of our resources and natural luxuries of humans, and packing them in a disorganized manner in city centers everywhere that are either unequipped [purposefully] or struggling to accommodate. Quite the distraction. While using humans are quipping about this - they are definitely putting other policies and pieces/phases of their plan into place.
