My dog hurt her leg last night, her good leg. She previously tore her CCL, the canine equivalent to the ACL, in her right leg. Last night she hurt her left leg and is limping. I’m hoping it’s just a sprain because she hasn’t yelped like she did when she tore her CCL. If anyone wants to send Navi positive thoughts or prayers for healing I’d appreciate it.

So sorry 😢 Our dog recently tore his as well and we are so afraid of the same thing happening because he thinks he's still a youngblood haha and jumps off and on things all the time still. We are so afraid he will wnd up hurting his "good leg" because he is favoring it so much. Keep us posted on how things turn out!

I’m so sorry to hear about your doggo! It’s been 4 years since she tore her right CCL. I originally was going to get her surgery. It ended up being delayed because of the pandemic and covid restrictions. When it was available again she was doing so well running and jumping around. I chose to continue with conservative management. Got her some more dasuquin chews today. They’ve been helpful in the past.
