There is no such thing
Dates back to the bible so I’m pretty sure it’s real.. Want to read up on how they’ve been implemented in the past and what the fallout was
Someone can wave a wand and say its so, but if someone absolves or fails to pay their debt then obviously there is no jubilee for the person who does not get paid back.
.. not disputing they may have happened. More that its technically not possible for the debt to just vanish
