When I made this npub, I originally wanted to name it "american perestroika" - a friend convinced me no one would understand, so I named it this other thing no one understands

what does it mean ? for me and the rest of uncultured npubs

Ehh... I don't recognize the cover, but I think that's it.
The name would have implied that America must go through something similar. That's not necessarily a good thing... But I do think its necessary, and I do think our economy is just as tightly controlled as the USSR's was, and comparably inefficient.
