I’ve started with some basic breathing and balancing while I listen to this guy videos to get the mind back into it https://youtu.be/nwpeoeL2m9g

I listen to his 10min philosophy videos and then try to flow into what my body/mind remembers from the lessons I took years ago.

At least I am starting to notice where I am unbalanced (Hips tilt forward, shoulders drop forward, most of weight on right side) and can slowly work on equilibrating all this mess 😅

That's great. I do a fair amount of standing practice to release and align my body and correct posture especially shoulders . It builds strength and fitness too bizarrely as long as the focus is on releasing/letting go of tension. Otherwise many of the benefits can be lost.

I feel that there is still tension building in the stillness. I’m not yet able to use breathing and light arms movement to release it when it builds. I feel the need to move (relocate) for a few seconds before coming back. I think it’s the mind pulling me elsewhere and movement helps bring the concentration back to the physical and regulates the breathing when it becomes too “artificial”

But I did get a few moments of feeling rooted. I trust they will last longer and longer as I keep practicing.
