No one is responsible for the emotions or actions of others. Unhealthy boundaries are often the root of the desire to destroy freedom.

You are free to protect yourself from a virus by staying home or wearing a hazmat suit or taking experimental medications. But you cannot force others to bear the cost of addressing your fear by forcing THEM to stay home or wear masks or take experimental drugs.

Similarly, you cannot force someone else to manage your discomfort by controlling what they say. And both freedom & with it society as a whole are destroyed to the exact degree that people fail to understand these basic things.
