Went to the fiat “super” market (yet another linguistic attack) today. Wanted to get a Cesar dressing.. only requirement was one without engine lubricant (obviously).
Not a single one available without seed oils. Zero.
Every single fucking brand full of the stuff.
Came home and made my own and it was delicious. Winning
Yeah it’s horrible. Primal Kitchen is legit and Braggs (but Braggs recently was bought out by PE)
EVOO, ACV or lemon juice, seasonings good to go!
2 eggs
2 teaspoons of salt
2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
Blend it all with stick blender while pouring in liquid coconut (MCT) oil.
Best whole egg mayo - a good base for sauces.
Liquid coconut oil has a mild taste & is mostly stable saturated fat.
