Water and salts, 14 days. 🌸
I come from a family/community of folks who regularly do extended fasts as a spiritual discipline. I’m very thankful for that and recognize the Grace to do these things well.
Wow!! 14 days is incredible! How many years have you been doing this? My body is shaky at this point.
