If you are not religious about your sleep schedule, you are killing yourself and your future you. Don’t believe? Go ahead and continue doing so, then check back in 10-20 years and let me know. Sleep is THE most important part of your health, more so than your diet and physical activity.
I’d say stress reduction is most important, followed by sleep, diet, exercise.

Yeah I feel way different when I actually get enough sleep (most days I don’t)
