Supreme Court upheld the law yesterday. Last I heard last night was that unless the Biden admin can give better assurances to the partner companies that keep TikTok functional (hosting companies, etc.) then the app will go dark tomorrow.

Most likely outcome is a US based company making a copypasta version. The TikTok we know today will cease to exist.
I should add that it will cease to exist because they refuse to sell it which means it will be banned.
