Oh, yum! If you have any regular filter or some tight-knit cheesecloth or muslin, you can tie it in a loose bundle (tight knot) & submerge it, then just pull it out when it hits your desired brew level. For super smooth coffee, use cold water & some ice over the bundle, then let it sit in the fridge for 24 hours or until the ice is gone.
Oh my god, Dawn, I did this overnight and the brew is so smooth. I just warmed up a cup of it.
