A new NostR friend (I use old man FB lingo I find it super edgy) told me about coffee today, what is your favorite coffee ? My personal fav is a fully organic Blue Mountain I get straight from the producer in Jamaica , everything about it is sexy: the smell, the aspect, its perfect roast. There’s a lot of medium Blue Mountain on the shelves selling over the label hype but this one is just 🤤🤤🤤 it has this delicate chocolate second mouth (not sure you say second mouth in English that’s a literal translation from my native tongue) and a very very subtle sort of citrusy fond de bouche (this I don’t even bother try to translate) , in a single word: delicious. Less acid than an Ethiopian and a tad bit less strong too but so good.
