Nicely done! Let’s get after it!

I do a variety depending how I feel and how many more i need to do for the day.

Today was 12+8 normal pull ups shoulder width apart. Full deep and chin over the bar. Followed by 2 wide grip palms out, up and behind the neck 3/4 dip and super slow to get both the ascending and descending burn.

Sometimes I’ll use my climbing board to simulate rock climbing motion which have a variety of grip positions. Basically i just change it up to keep it fresh and not boring.

Get all the little muscle groups nice. I used to hang for a timed amount on my buddy’s board when we lived together. I need to get one of those for grip strength 💪
