Would torrents be seeded in relays? Content stored on blossom servers? I’m fuzzy on the technical details.

It'd make sense to me to torrent in a community-scope.

And only participate in seeding the content of the Communities you're involved in.

Yeah, I don’t want to raw dog any video content from outside my WoT.

You wouldn't have to. You would be able to choose whose content to seed
