This is a fact.
One egg yolk will not show up in a blood test reading. But just like smoking one joint will not give you lung cancer, 40 years of smoking one joint a day will. All fine things in moderation, And egg yolks are included.
No really, even the AMA has abandoned this recommendation. I lowered my cholesterol while getting close to 50% of my calories from bacon and eggs. Get your recommended fiber, cut sugar, get into ketosis semi frequently.
Exactly. I am just stating that egg yolk is the part of the egg that contains the most cholesterol, Good and bad. Not that people can not eat them, But that if you want to moderate your cholesterol levels, cutting out the yolk is a good place to start.
