If someone says use a debit card over a credit card, this means they have no self control and don’t understand how the world works. It’s projection - they can’t trust themselves to not spend money they don’t have, so no one else can!

In laws after following Dave Ramsay’s advice. Works if you’re in bad shape, but once you’re in the black it makes no sense to use a debit card.
I can understand not using a credit card in favor cash for privacy reasons, which I try to do sometimes tho. But giving up your purchasing data without at least getting cash back or rewards is a head scratcher
