Looks like we have four. If we can get eight more committed (12 total), I will follow-up with one of my old colleagues to see if we can use their commissioner service/draft room for free. (He said probably, no guarantee, depends on the engineers’ time, etc.)
People would have to be on time for the draft, take it seriously, etc. but if we can get 12, think he’ll let us use it (though the rules (PPR), rosters (QB, 2RB, 3WR, TE, FLEX, K, D), etc. would not be customizable in this case.)
Once it’s running, there won’t be much work except to hold the (likely modest) entry fee sats somewhere and pay them out to the winners.
I can just create the league on sleeper and schedule a draft time that works for everyone. I can also make a group chat on signal for people to talk and trade in.
I’m definitely not trying to play in a league with kickers 😂
It’s *team* kicker which makes it a little easier — don’t have to use that software, but it’s the easiest, and it’s a really intuitive platform.
