How do you think about zapping paid vs free relays? Is it that the snort user can make that decision according to their preferences?

Paid relays are very important, nostr wont work without them
In the screenshot you shared nostr.wine relay is listed. Wine is a paid relay. If zap pools are distributed to all relays a user is connected to, should relays that are paid externally be excluded?
You just leave it at 0 if you dont want to send anything
Paid relays don't charge enough at the scale nostr is operating at right now, too few people, you need to charge more, snort relay doesn't even nearly cover server costs via subscriptions. It's like 10x short
