I'm curious why it's possible to eat steaks every day, but I can't eat duck, chicken, or lamb on daily basis. Why is that?

Because of farming resources. If there are a few duck farms out there, they probably have little production output and are also not as nearby as the ducks in the local pool :)
Step 1: indoctrinate all "far right" dissenters into eating beef.
Step 2: inject mRNA after mRNA into beef stock
Step 3: dissenters absorb the by product of that mRNA
Step 4: profit.
